A chutney made with peanuts and no coconut. Satisfying, tangy. Healthy to boot, with the fats and protein from nuts. Excellent with idli and dosa.
This dish is a popular, quick and easy breakfast dish. It’s easy to digest, low on carbs, and healthy. Since it does not have any protein value, I add peanuts. I also add coconut at the end for flavor.
A side dish for puris with assorted peppers, coated with a spicy mix of chickpea flour and chili powder!
