This simple snack is very satisfying when you're craving something spicy but don't want it deep fried. The peanuts are coated in a mix of chickpea flour (besan/kadalai mauvu) and chili powder, and baked instead of fried as the traditional recipe calls for. As an afternoon snack, have it with a cup of hot ginger chai and you would get energized for the evening!
