Ingredients
  • 1tub Goat cheese of your choiceCream cheese can also be used
  • 1tsp each of very finely chopped vegetables and herbsI used chives, colored peppers, cucumbers and carrots
  • 1/2tsp Saltfor the vegetable mix
Instructions
  1. Let the goat cheese or cream cheese come to room temperature
  2. Transfer the cheese, vegetables and salt to a bowl and mix thoroughly
  3. Transfer to a pretty plate or serving dish
  4. Enjoy as a spread or a dip for crackers or toasted crostinis

Substitutes:
I used goat cheese for this recipe. Cream cheese also works great.
