Neer Dosa

Srilatha January 18, 2017Breakfast, Snacks And Light meals, South Indian Leave a Comment

This is a Karnataka recipe that I found online, and there are many many sites with this recipe. It’s easy, and quick. Neer means water in Kannada, as well as Tamil. This is a very light dosa, with no lentils, and no fermentation needed.

A chutney made with peanuts and no coconut. Satisfying, tangy. Healthy to boot, with the fats and protein from nuts. Excellent with idli and dosa.

Vegan Eggless Banana Nut Bread

Srilatha December 29, 2016American, Breakfast, Snacks And Light meals Leave a Comment

A very moist, soft and satisfying sweet bread with the goodness of bananas and the crunch of nuts. Healthy, eggless and vegan. Satisfies a sweet tooth like nothing else. Doesn’t last in our house for more than a day when the kids are home!
