Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 tsp lite tasting olive oil/avocado oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Hing/asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven at 425
- Peel and chop the sweet potato into sticks
- In a deep bowl, mix the sweet potatoes, oil, salt, hing, and chili powder and rub until they're completely coated
- Place on a baking tray
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425 deg Farenheit
- Serve with condiment of your choice; I made a dip of yogurt with salt, black pepper, and black salt (kala namak, found in Indian grocery stores)
