Ingredients
- 1 tub Goat cheese of your choice Cream cheese can also be used
- 1 tsp each of very finely chopped vegetables and herbs I used chives, colored peppers, cucumbers and carrots
- 1/2 tsp Salt for the vegetable mix

Instructions
- Let the goat cheese or cream cheese come to room temperature
- Transfer the cheese, vegetables and salt to a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Transfer to a pretty plate or serving dish
- Enjoy as a spread or a dip for crackers or toasted crostinis

Substitutes:
I used goat cheese for this recipe. Cream cheese also works great.

With bagels, crostini, crackers, toasted bread
