Vegetable Cheese Spread
A quick, 5 minute savory dip for crackers and spread for sandwiches. Feel like a gourmet chef with this easy to put together, pretty looking spread.

  • 1 tub Goat cheese of your choice Cream cheese can also be used
  • 1 tsp each of very finely chopped vegetables and herbs I used chives, colored peppers, cucumbers and carrots
  • 1/2 tsp Salt for the vegetable mix

  • 1 tub Goat cheese of your choice Cream cheese can also be used
  • 1 tsp each of very finely chopped vegetables and herbs I used chives, colored peppers, cucumbers and carrots
  • 1/2 tsp Salt for the vegetable mix
Instructions
  1. Let the goat cheese or cream cheese come to room temperature
  2. Transfer the cheese, vegetables and salt to a bowl and mix thoroughly
  3. Transfer to a pretty plate or serving dish
  4. Enjoy as a spread or a dip for crackers or toasted crostinis
Recipe Notes

Substitutes:
I used goat cheese for this recipe. Cream cheese also works great.

Serving Suggestions:
With bagels, crostini, crackers, toasted bread
